Refund policy

All of our products are custom-made according to customer measurements and requirements, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at niaziali14@gmail.com with clear photos and details of the issue. We will review your case and offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized or personalized products
  • Used or worn items
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
